We deliver transportation-efficient and pedestrian-friendly (TOD) developments through thoughtful and proactive planning. MPM's design approach encourages inter-mixing land uses (residential, office, retail, and entertainment) around transit stations, and integrating public amenities, such as open spaces and landscaping, to improve the availability of walking and bicycling as alternatives to automobile travel.

Our designs focus on meeting the goals and desires of residents, businesses, transit riders and local governments.

MPM's transit planning services have included: attending community meetings, presenting new findings to community board members, 3D modeling, renderings, presentations & site analysis, reviewing construction documents for completeness, configuration of space planning, compliance with all applicable codes, preparing specifications, coordinating with other consultants, and reviewing drawings at different stages of the design process.
