Project Gallery

Dulles Metrorail Phase 1
Mimar Architects & Engineers, Inc. (MPM) was selected to perform sign calculations and wet stamp the shop drawings for Gelberg Signs. Shop drawing included all directional, identity, informational and regulatory signs for 6 stations and all track signage as well.

Dulles Metrorail Phase 2
Mimar Environmental Graphic Design was selected to provide signage services for the Capital Rail Constructors. The joint venture between Clark, Kiewit, Parsons, and Dewberry are the primary team members and Phase 2 will be connecting the Orange DC Metro line to Dulles Airport.

Mimarch developed all directional, identity, informational and regulatory signs for 6 stations. Five stations are at grade stations along the Dulles Parkway. One aerial station will connect with Dulles Airport and is being developed by SOM.

The new line-Silver Line when it opens will take passengers from Virginia to DC and all the way to Largo Town Center in Maryland, where they can connect to Amtrak at Union Station and at New Carrollton Station. Mimar Environmental Graphic Design performed wayfinding and sign design for rehabilitation of the Orange/Blue line signage to include the third line-Silver.
