Facility Assessment

Mimarch has extensive experience in performing feasibility studies and facility assessment of new and renovated institutional, commercial, and Government facilities. In fact, Mimarch has completed the facility assessment, feasibility studies, rehabilitation/ addition, and construction administration of over three hundred Architectural/Engineering projects – ranging from minor scopes of work to complete renovations to new buildings.

Mimarch's feasibility study and facility assessment experience includes performing detailed analysis of numerous facilities physical conditions including life expectancy studies of all HVAC, MEP and roofing systems, and providing ADA accessibility reviews for code compliance and energy efficiency reviews to make recommendations for present and future improvements. In addition, Mimarch has experience in developing reports on optional designs for future development/expansion for several of our projects.
